Hello everybody, Where can I get a documentation for live (realtime) encoding of voice? I still don't know what to use: mp3, aac , ogg... What you suggest? Trying to see how many voices can I encode in real time and transport them using a 33,600 modem, then decode them again. This is part of my seminar paper from Telecommunication Systems. All documents and sources regarding this matter are welcome!
