Hi! I would like to report my software "MP3 Editor". You can download it at http://www.lim.dico.unimi.it/demo/Mp3Editor/Mp3Editor.htm. It's a simple MP3 editor which provides Cut-Copy-Paste, Delete and Inversion of MP3-frame working directly on compress format. It also has player function, WAV-PCM conversion and GUI (even if graphic waveform isn't really fine... I developed it by Win32 SDK! I'm sorry for the inconvenience). Furthermore, it extracts some information to MP3 binary file, saving them in XML format (MP3_XML). Right now, it works only with MPEG-1 Layer 3 ISO-compliant (ISO-IEC 11172-3). However I'm working to make application compatible with MPEG-2 Layer 3 and MP3 "not ISO-compliant".
