Hi, I know about the DSP ports of the Lame Code. IT is not that Difficult to Implement the Lame code on any DSP. I know people who have Implemented Lame Code on C54x and C55x processors. So Implementing on C5X Series Should not be difficult task.

There are several people which (try to) port lame to a DSP, but I don't anything specific.
