Hi everybody,
I have some doubt in the block type detection of psychoacoustic
module. Are they (Lame code) doing the block type calculation for the
current frame or for the next frame. Can anyone explain me the concept
behind the block type detection. Is there any IEEE paper or some other
material available for this module.
