Does somebody decode in lame by ACM? I mean by Audio Compression Manager. Doesn't it matter if I send something to decode in, for example 128 kbps, well it just decodes anyway - any bitrate. So it's true?
If nobody changed it, it is not possible to decode with the LAME ACM... Only encoding.
