Hi to all! I need the help regarding the block switching in Mpeg1 layer 3. Till now I have seen the block-switching algorithms working in Frequency domain only.
I need a algorithm which does block-switching decision based upon samples in Time -domain only. Please give me some reference, papers etc for this. Any useful comment/idea will be very helpful to me.
