I downloaded the code for MP3 from http://lame.sourceforge.net/.

This has a function for decoding MP3. But the decoder doesnt perform any
IMDCT or filterbank operation. It seems to be incomplete.

Can anyone tell me where can i find the code for MP3 decoder.

Regards
Kaveri

check: http://www.mp3-tech.org/programmer/decoding.html
it has links to many decoding engines.
or (a decoder not mentioned there)

Hey all,

I am experimenting with the LAME MP3 exporter QT component
(using the
framework from here:
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22570 and the
component from
here: http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/22571) and I
noticed
that ID3 tags don't seem to be generated from the UserData when I export
a
QuickTime movie. Am I doing something wrong, or is this not supported?

TIA,

        bjorn
