When you configure h5utils, you need to specify --with-v5d=dir to tell it the location of the vis5d source directory.

I also have trouble in installing vis5d. I have successfully uncompressed vis5d-5.1.tar.Z. However, when I entered "uncompress vis5d-data.tar.Z ", it said "no space left on device". What is the reason? Thanks a lot.
