Yes, see: http://ab-initio.mit.edu/wiki/index.php/MPB_User_Reference#The_inverse_problem:_k_as_a_function_of_frequency However, for isofrequency plots I've found it much easier for the most part to just evaluate at a grid of k-points, and then pass it to Matlab to get the contour plot.
