Hi Dear Steven and mpb users, I want to plot the band structure like ‘Two superimposed x-polarized band structures of a multilayer film,showing how the bandwidths vary with ky’ . One example is shown by Fig.10 on Page 57 of Photonic Crystal.
In my opinion, I treat the multilayer film as a 2D photonic crystal in this case.
