Dear Steven and Others:
  I need to calculate the band diagram for the triangular lattice of
dielectric rods made of magneto-optical material in air,  but the diagram I
get makes no difference with lattice of ordinary dielectric rods.
  I have compiled MPB with "--with-hermitian-eps" flag, can some give me a
test case or figure out the errors in my input file.
