Hi all,

I need to design a photonic crystal slab of silicon on glass substrate. This
PC consists of triangle air holes and these air holes do not extend to reach
to the substrate (they only in Si).

Could you please help me to use the MIT package to know the photonic band
gap of that structure?

I have all of the details of the required design but my problem is how can I
write the tcl file in the MIT package to do that.

Every time I used the MIT package, it does not give me any bandgap. But, in
literature, I always find that there is a bandgap fo that structure. So, I
think I have a problem in my tcl file.

Another question, does the thickness of the glass under PC affect the
bandgap?

Regards
