Dear, MPB/Meep users and developers, I am very much new to these softwares, also my English is not perfect, so please excuse me for easy questions and mistakes. I am really impressed by seeing the MPB and what it can do. I tried to install MPB on ubuntu. I especially installed ubuntu for this. I successfully installed Meep from ubuntu software manager and done some examples. But I could not install MPB successfully in the same way from Ubuntu. Although apt-get is showing that I have installed MPB, I cant run .ctl files, neither it is not showing the version if when I hit "mpb --version". The error is is shown as
"ERROR: In such open-file: ERROR: No such file or directly: "usr/share/libctl3/base/ include.scm" How to come out of this problem? I read the wiki, but that is not much helpful. Please remember that I can able to run the Meep, that means all the libraries were installed correctly. But some thing is going terribly wrong. Could you please help me or direct me to the appropriate links. I searched alot in GMANE, but could not get out of this problem. So I beg your attention and help. Many thanks in advance.
