Hi
I 'm saeid. I could install mpb package, but I couldn't use output files .for
solving this problem, I tried to install h5utils-1.12.1./ to this path
"/home/saeid/soft/mpb/ " by this command:
./configure CC=mpicc FC=mpif77 CXX=mpic++ FFLAGS=-O2 CFLAGS=-O3 FCFLAGS=-O2
--prefix=`pwd`/../all-prefix
LDFLAGS=-L/home/saeid/soft/mpb/all-prefix/lib
CPPFLAGS=-I/home/saeid/soft/mpb/all-prefix/include
but I got this error:
checking for hdf/hdf.h... no
checking for H5Fopen in -lhdf5... no
configure: error: hdf5 libraries are required for compilation
please help me to solve this problem.
