SongFilter: convert argv to ConstBuffer
as there was no specific mention in that commit, i just wanted to give
you the heads up that that functionality was (temporarily) broken,
with the idea that knowing this, and probably the cause, maybe there
are other parts you know of that could use another check
anyway, seems like on this occasion good things do come to those who
wait, so thanks!
