Yes it's a valid IP, and I tried commenting it out also. Same deal. I've got all these 10/8 addresses because I'm setting this up in a test-lab environment. I was wondering if perhaps someone out there who has a working TCP config could post it, and I can see if I can make it work for me. Thanks for the second pair of eyes, Archie!
