Can't you just mail order it from Germany?
Another option is the MPEGRich board which is made in Korea. That might
be a little easier to get your hands on. It's about 5 times the price,
though -- US $1500 for the basic model, up to about $2500 for the spiffy
professional model. I haven't used this board yet, but it was highly
recommended by a guy I met at the NAB show a few months ago.
