Hello, I'm using KFir board under W2k but maybe Linux crew experienced the same: If the video signal (PAL) is removed during encoding procees, bitrate of the stream falls down into ~1Mbit value. If the signal is connected again, the stream bitrate goes to the starting value. Has anyone experienced similar phenomenon. How to force KFir to get stable bitrate.
