[mpeg2] Harmony card

Hi all,

I want to make a PVR that can also save my recorded shows to DivX and then
play DivX (on CD-R).  A Sigma-Cirrus Harmony card (
http://www.sigmadesigns.com/products/harmony.htm ) with a VIA Technologies
Mini-ITX ( http://www.mini-itx.com/ ) seems to be an ideal solution. The
only problem is that the Harmony card is a reference design and as such
costs a fortune.  Does anyone know of a manufacturer that is making this
card in large quantities for use by consumers?
