you can see an sdiff of the before and after results. The ordering of
hits and the raw scores are identical.
I definitely need this more than I need exact stats. It only affects
results when the -l switch is used. I can...
1. keep it only in my own local version
2. introduce a new command line switch --allow-wrong-e-value,
and add it to the BLAST_OptionsBlk in blastdef.h
3. try to fix the stats
