Hello, I'm a college student, I built a Linux cluster for Bio-informatics Department, and I use MpiBLAST in this machines. I have some problems about the .ncbirc file.
I wanna know something about this, where should I put .ncbirc in? The MpiBLAST binary directory or home directory or else? Thanks in advance!
