I was just playing around and I was curious if it is possible to turn off including assembly optimizations with a pound define. I see the NO_ASM flag, but that appears to only work when __GNUC__ is defined.
If I undef all of the HAVE_HOST_CPU_FAMILY_* macros, will it default to using the C implementations? I poked around the code a little bit but I wasn't able to ascertain if this was sufficient.
