You have the lines #define GMP_VERSION "4.2.1" #define VERSION "1.0.0" So some are 1.1.0 some are 1.0.0 but none of them seem to actually be 1.1.1 for this release. In mpir.h it does show 1.1.1 so whatever build release script should also be changing the version in those locations as well.
