Hi I've added generic (ie C) functions for mpn_mullow and mpn_mulhigh both as basecase and sub-quadratic(Thom Mulders).These are the same as mpn_mul but only guarantee the bottom(or top) n limbs to be correct. This is slightly different to the existing undocumented/unused function(ours is faster , we save an alloc and a copy, that is why I changed it), if we want the old behavour then we can always wrap the function in a macro.
