Those who build MPIR on Windows with Visual C++ Express have not been
able to build the 64-bit versions.

But it is possible to add the 64-bit tools to VC++ using the
instructions at:

http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-6IJJ3L.html?solution=1-6IJJ3L

I have not tried this myself but Sefan Krah tells me that it works.

Since Jason Moxham has kindly added a command line build to the MPIR VC
++ directory in SVN, this may make it easy for VC++ Express users to
build the 64-bit Windows version of MPIR (note that yasm and
yasm.rules also need to be installed)
