David Kirkby has pointed out that MPIR currently doesn't build on his
HP-UX machine.

Does anyone have one of these and would you like to work on getting it
going on HP-UX?

I think it used to at least nearly work on that platform (I seem to
remember testing on some HP testdrive machine way back), so probably
it would be fairly straightforward to get it going again. As we do not
have regular access to such a machine to test on, unless someone
volunteers to do regular testing, it is likely to fall into disrepair.
However, if no MPIR developers have such machines, I do not think it
is a priority for us to purchase one for this purpose.

David Kirkby informs me that HP still sell some servers with HP-UX.

Bill.
