I am indeed and you are more than welcome to make use of it. It's based
on the django platform / postgresql database so if you have python
installed and can add django, have apache/lighttpd and have postgres on
the server that hosts mpir (I'm guessing it's at Uni. Washington?) I'll
give you a link to the code, you can download / install it. I can
download and install it if you like - license will be BSD. Basically
I've nearly finished the one I'm doing commercially so I've slowly been
working on one for bsdnt.

In terms of how it looks - that's up to you - my code takes care of page
markup (html) and content (database) but you can style it (css) how you
like. The templates are also easy to edit.

I'll let you know when I'm done - I'm just finishing off another project
at the moment in my evenings & days off.
