So if we can get access to rosemary, (Minh?) we can see what is the
cause of this, and I think it will be time for another RC.

OK, so this one looks like a BSD related bug to do with autotools. I
would recommend creating a ticket, adding it to the list of "Known
Problems" on the website and move on. I don't think it is worth
spending the time screwing around with this at this point. No sense in
holding up the majority of users for a handful.

Having said that, it might be interesting to see if GMP suffers from
the same problem on this machine, and if not, try to determine why.
