This * (hopefully) fixes an issue with the Intel C Compiler noted by Jeff Gilchrist * exports mpn_sumdiff_n unconditionally (needed by flint's fft) * moves some more internal fft prototypes into gmp-impl.h from gmp.h Testing/tuning continues.
