Hi JP,

Yasm should only be used on x86 and x86_64. However, it is my
understanding that we long ago got rid of the necessity to delete asm
files for apple. We now have an mpn/x86/applenopic directory which is
used on these machines. So I think that patch can be removed from
Sage.
