Sadly that's an error on my part. This error occurs because the step that adds the FLINT tests to the Windows build also adds this file. So the error only occurs when FLINT2 is built without installing the tests I can fix it either by changing the documentation to insist that the tests are installed before FLINT2 is built or by adding a prebuild step to the FLINT2 build. This will be an easy fix either way, one which I will do quickly.
