The current SWJournal did a piece on Section 8 and affordable housing. If your interested in why we have the current crisis and why we will have it for the long term future, read the article. It documents how various people who do not have a vested interest in a private matter are moving heaven and earth to force someone to do something that they do not want to do. Landlords like all business have a turnover and regeneration rate. Some die, some get out, some go broke, whatever. New ones come along. The crop of potential new ones look at a story like this and say "no way". Current ones like me, look at this and say, "when the times right, I'm gone". Investment capital looks at this and says "too risky". On the whole it's a great piece. Kudo's to the SWJ. Link is at www.swjournal.com/swjournal/myarticles.asp?p=259965&s
