To try to pin that label on me is a fraud. I am proud to be endorsed by both
Minnesota NARAL and Abortion Rights Council Political Action Committee of
MN. When Minnesota NARAL was looking for people to voice opposition to
Women's "Right" to Know this past legislative session, I was one of the many
who answered the call. I come from a Republican Senate District that has
for several election cycles to remove that offensive language from the
platform. To suggest that all those associated with any political party are
in agreement with an entire platform is very naive.

You can find many differences between myself and my opponent. Any attempt
to out right misrepresent my views is unnecessary.

Incidentally, to learn some of the real differences, we are both scheduled
to appear on Newsnight Minnesota (7 PM, Channel 2) tonight (Tuesday, October
10th)
