          I saw nothing in Mr. Swan's message to indicate support for the
Downtown Target or Block E packages. Maybe danielduty has knowledge of Mr
Swan's positions on these issues from other sources. I suppose I can see
where danielduty is going with this. If Wally Swan did indeed support Target
and Block-E, then this message of his would probably have lower credibility
in the eyes of many. Having said that, I could still understand a reasoning
that we should draw the line at some point - no matter what anyone's
positions were on projects in the past.
