A couple questions to add to the list:
Do you believe that police department leaders should have a role in setting
policy for the city government? How great a role do you believe this
should be?
Minneapolis is a city of great diversity, not only ethnicly but in terms of
income, values, life style, age and physical appearance. How do you feel
about the people you will be representing? Will you be able to respect
them and serve their needs as the people that they are? How will you
balance the needs of different groups whose concerns may at times be in
conflict?
