I was busy with other things the past few weeks so stayed out of the
library discussion. But I had always felt the way Steve's comments are
below - it is the same
problem we have with the Chain of Lakes (although they get a small portion
of regional funds) but primarily we all know that the most users are from
outside the City.
And, of course, as soon as I catch my breath I will be posting my comments
regarding the Park Board money matters. I have one more personal matter I'm
wrapping up within the next few days and then I'll be back in the dialogue.
