Does anybody know what's up with the street cleaning this fall? They
came by
way too early on the streets and never came back for the avenues. Now we
have huge piles of leaves decomposing in the streets throughout my
neighborhood.
You may notice the 5500 block of 42nd Ave S is clean because various
retirees
cleaned the curb gutters themselves. The rest of 42 AVE looks like fudge
ready
to be put in the oven.
