And what's totally missing is anyone who actually uses TIF on a regular
basis for development projects. Why no one from either of the big cities?
Steve Cramer? Mayor SSB? Council President Jackie Cherryhomes? Mayor Norm
Coleman?  I'm sure someone could have been available. Sue Haigh is from
Ramsey County, but to my knowledge, they seldom do development projects.

Once more, we'll get an esoteric discussion of the issue with no one who
could actually tell how and why decisions are made to use TIF.
