Well, you're operative word in this e-mail is "uniquely".  I do not agree
with you that this is not a Minneapolis issue.  How do you turn that
computer on and make it run, again, David? The Minneapolis side of this is
we are part of the major demand area and we are fortunate to have a couple
of alternatives if in fact we were to have potential blackouts.
We have the possibilities of hydro electric right from our own River and
there are residents putting on solar panels and attempts to get up some
small residential type wind machines in this city.
And the amount we pay for electricity, like water, and taxes, will
dramatically affect our pocketbooks in the next decade or two.
Sustainable thinking, yes,
