I, as a Third Ward resident, have seen the ad and am wondering who the individuals are
who have started this group. What are their names? I assume that this is a
non-profit organization--is it a 501-c-3? Do they have by-laws and a statement of
purpose? Are donations to their organization tax-deductible, and how exactly will the
money be spent? Do the people who contribute become voting members? Their phone
message does not say. Does anyone know?
