Great to see Third Ward residents finally doing something about an
unresponsive CM.
It seems that there is more interest in who the people are who are looking
for a candidate than the fact that they are looking. At least one name has
surfaced on this list. Go for it, Third Ward folks!
With the flurry of candidates entering the city races, I am thrilled that we
may have some real debate about where the city is heading both at the
mayoral and council levels. Maybe we can generate some city-wide list of
topics to be addressed by all candidates and ask for forums all over the
city to address them. Maybe MTM would broadcast them on the Teevee.
I know some list members were generating questions some time back -- let's
republish the list and start refining or adding to it.
