The Met Council has three maps that everyone who is interested in this issue
should see.  One is the location of the homes of people on MFIP (welfare).
Second is the location of entry level jobs.  Third is the location of high
frequency transit service.  The fourth fact, is that 25% of Mpls residents
on MFIP assistance have cars.  The disconnects are obvious.  Below is the
