The mention of my name requires clarification:

I am not proposing extreme measures at all - unless others fail. But if
meeting persistent rudeness with challenges and publicity is considered
extreme, then I think we've lost sight of public accountability. I think
we've lost sight of it anyway. I'm afraid milder measures continue to be
insufficient, because it all gets worse rather than better.

A little ruckus may be necessary, not extreme.
