Gary stated that he was endorsed by Jackie Cherryhomes
in front of many witnesses, not only me. This was at
his screening on Saturday, 2/17/2001. It's even more
bizarre that he would say it didn't happen. Perhaps he
mispoke during his presentation? Unless there is a
response that I haven't opened yet in my mailbox, I
would suggest that Gary make a statement to this group
himself. I have talked to several folks about Gary's
announcement of his endorsement by Councilmember
Cherryhomes and they heard him say it too so I don't
think I misheard Gary's statement.
