The street light in front of my house is an ideal spot for the drug
users and prostitutes/johns to perform their activities. They seem to
prefer parking under the light instead of parking in the shadows. I
imagine the light makes it easier for them to light their pipes or to
pull the condom out of its wrapper. The street light is not
functioning as a deterrent for the criminals I have observed.
