I don't know what the bailout plan is, it seems to be a foreclosure plan
from what I have read.

The most interesting piece I have read on the subject is in the Uncle Hugo's
/ Uncle Edgar's newsletter. It sounds like there are issues on both sides
that aren't being addressed, although the most recent newsletter states that
most of the information is 2nd hand rumors, but some is from local business
meetings that included the developer and city people. I believe the source
in the newsletter since it is a concerned business leader located across
Chicago Ave from the site. If you want, I can transcribe the most recent
update tonight when I get home.

They have copies of the newsletter available in the store. It is located
just south (1st property) of the railroad tracks / future greenway (roughly
29th St) and on the west side of Chicago. Don is the name of the owner.
