I've heard plenty of criticism of Councilmember Herron
from Eva and just got a private post from someone
else(who'll remain nameless) who said that Brian
Herron has done damage to the GLBT community in his
time on the council. My question is, can anyone cite
any specific votes or actions by Brian Herron that has
been detrimental to the GLBT community? I mean, the
endorsing convention for the Eighth Ward is this
weekend and we keep hearing these vague charges
against him. I know there are two openly gay
candidates in this race, but why the anger at Herron?
I've always thought of him as a pretty decent guy.
I legitimately would like to know.
