How on Earth can police be disciplined? Try asking
the police for standards of behavior, and then ask
what the burden of proof is to hold the police
accountable, and then you can take a look at what the
consequences are for the violation of public trust.
You will quickly realize that disciplinary issues that
should be addressed cannot be addressed.
And, I agree with the excellent posts of Kushner and
Connelly.
