I think Boston drivers are right up there at the top of my list of places
with "awful" drivers. It seems to me that cellphones have excaberated the
problem everywhere but especially here in high-tech Minnesota and those who
have every device right in their car. Not focusing on driving a couple ton
piece of steel (and/or plastic as the case may be) around is the first
problem. Exceedingly loud "ghetto blasters" added to the mix just leads to
questioning people's ability to be multi-tasked.
