This city has 382,618 reasons to be proud after
estimates leading up to this census had predicted a
loss to as low as 350,000. The rich blessing and
meshing of diversity is rejuvenating our neighborhoods
and businesses. The first noticeable population gain
in 50 years is a testament to this city's allure and
ability to empower its citizens to rejuvenate
neighborhoods, open businesses and see the
possibilities to create a beautiful urban environment.
This isn't supposed to happen in a "frost belt" city.
It's happening here....
